Amenities: gorgeous gym, dry sauna, large jacuzzi, secured parking, business/conference rooms, several lounges & rooftop decks. Bike storage, secure package delivery lockers. AC vent setup. Large washer/dryer. Location is amazing, quick access to 520 & 405, close to Microsoft Campuses. Trader Joe's, Pagliaccis, Walgreens are all on our same block, and we're just 2 blocks away from Fred Meyer. Since our price was locked in, this is going for $120 less than the current rate. Parking is $100 and you pay all utilities separate. This will be a sub lease situation for the 11 months remaining on our lease. You will be added as a roommate on the lease contract, but will have the whole unit to yourself and be responsible for all payments.
