    Home is located within walking distance to the University of Hawaii and Manoa Marketplace is right down the street. This location has access to two bus routes, one of them is located right in front of the house. This unit is set up as a "dorm style", it's a full kitchen but on the smaller side, shower stall and toilet. This is actually a 3-bedroom downstairs unit in an older home. New flooring throughout, partially furnished unit with one queen and one full size bed, two nightstands, one dresser, one desk, and AC units in two of the rooms. Utilities are included with moderate use of the AC. If you prefer to use the AC more frequently, please be prepared to pay a higher rent. The shared washer and dryer is located right outside of the front door. Mountain breezes flow through the unit with a covered common area on the side of the house if you like to be outdoors. If you are seriously looking for a new place to call home, please message me with the number of occupants as well as a little info about who will be staying in the unit. Please do not just ask to see the unit. We are looking for mature minded people who will take care of the area that they are living in. The monthly rent is calculated with only three occupants in mind. Basic utilities are included, more occupants will justify a higher monthly rent. Utilities in Hawaii are very expensive. Water and basic electricity are included with your rent with moderate use of the AC. The electric bill is monitored monthly, if you prefer to use the AC frequently, the high usage will affect your monthly rent. This is a very peaceful area, no loud partying, no excessive drinking, no smoking, no drugs, no illegal activity, no burning of candles, no pets are allowed. There is only 1 compact parking stall available for this downstairs unit, street parking is available but may be a little challenging to find close to the house. No overnight guests without proper permission from landlord. Rental Application (provided by landlord) must be completed, and references will be checked.
