There is a sun-filled kitchen stocked with all cooking essentials, as well as a small table & breakfast nook. A large private deck awaits outside the kitchen. Here you can truly enjoy what makes LA special, with a super-sized outdoor sectional that's as suitable for working from home on your laptop, as it is to whiling away the early evenings with a glass of wine (it's pretty amazing for morning coffee too). An 8' cantilever 360-degree rotating umbrella gives you the option of shade at any time of day, while warm Edison bulbs create a perfect oasis after dark. There is an outdoor outlet next to the couch for your laptop or any electronics. Surrounded by birds, nature and your orange tree, you'll find this space a true haven. A large closet has ample storage space for clothes, suitcases and belongings. And within that closet is your own combo washer/dryer for doing laundry at home. There is also a very large common courtyard on the property (with tables, a couch, gas grill, night lighting, etc.) and easy street parking. And location, location, location.
