Wonderful apartment community. Neighbors are very friendly. The apartment itself is incredible. Nice bathroom with tiled shower, good kitchen appliances, and many closets for storage space. The living room is spacious and good for hosting friends or relaxing. The apartment is in the corner of the second story, so it is very safe and secure. I use the second bedroom as a study, and the many windows allow for great natural light. There is an A/C unit in the second bedroom and in the kitchen that make temperature control very easy. The kitchen, bathroom, and entry way are all tile which makes cleaning a breeze, and the rest of the apartment is carpet. I am subleasing this apartment, so there is no security deposit required. Owner pays water; tenant pays electric bill. The lease is up in April, so this apartment is perfect for someone looking for a place to live for the spring semester.
