We are more of a mom & pop shop, and we care about our places. We take pride in our properties and offering quality places to live. We don't have many rentals, but the ones we do have, we take care of and would live in ourselves. Should something happen, we take care of it as quickly as possible and have a team of professionals of all trades to help get the job done. We do not live on-site but are close by to help with repairs, etc. WE CARE! Our security deposit can be split into installments. Moving is costly, and we offer a payment plan to help with the upfront moving costs. No pets preferred, but landlords will consider a pet. Based on approval, there is a one time pet deposit. This pet deposit can be included in the payment plan as well. Tenants are responsible for utilities. Landlord takes care of lawn care. Tenants are responsible for sharing snow removal and salting when necessary. We deliver salt throughout the winter so you don't run out throughout the season and provide shovels at the apartment for you to use. Since landlord provides each unit with their own washer and dryer, tenants are responsible for splitting the water bill based on tenant ratio. No pets preferred but will be considered and are based on approval. If approved, there is a pet deposit that is one time and refundable if no damage is done. There is no monthly fee for a pet. Deposits may be paid on an installment payment plan to help with moving costs. No evictions. There is no smoking or vaping allowed inside the building. You can send a zillow application, but we require our application to be filled out to be considered for the property. If tenants want to move in prior to April 15th, we can prorate days. Flexible move-in date.
