Original home in move in condition and pictures not yet updated as interior has been painted white and grey. Renter is leaving 2/28 and I will update pictures at that time. Has 3 bedrooms and an office/bedroom and 2 full baths. Hot Tub is nice on those cold days after coming in from the beach/surfing. Renter is responsible for water, electric, cable internet and first, last and security due at signing. Renter may want to get renters insurance as owner is not responsible for contents. 6 month lease then month to month as needed.
