All occupants (as defined as any individual staying 5+ consecutive days) must be approved by landlord via completion of renter's application, credit and clear background check. Tenant Responsible for all utilities (electric, gas, water, garbage, internet, phone). Each approved pet requires additional $25 monthly pet fee. Tenant must maintain renter's insurance for term of tenancy. Failure of any of these terms will cause automatic termination of lease, and eviction.
