Looking for someone to take over my 3 month lease (with possibility for extension) from February to April in Bellevue, 15 minutes away from downtown Bellevue. There are 5 people living here (4 guys 1 girl, working professionals in their 20s), who are all friendly and were a big help to me as I got settled in. The room is upstairs with 2 others, and shares the bathroom with one other roommate (who often isn't around). Kitchen and in-unit laundry is all shared, as well as a living room area that has lounging space and a TV. Room comes furnished with a desk, large secondary monitor, bed frame, mattress, and corner lamp. Also happy to include the rug, chair, and nightstand if wanted. Lots of street parking available, as well as a covered driveway if needed. Close to multiple grocery stores such as Trader Joe's, Safeway, and Fred Meyer.
