You would need to get approved to rent in the leasing office, and then all we would do is meet at the office and sign a paper to transfer the lease to you. It's a one bedroom lofted apartment. 679 a month, water and electric. Both average about 50 bucks a month or less. Lease would end in September and you would have the choice to renew it or leave. It's 5 minutes from Pickerington and near A TON of shopping and food. You would even get to keep our 200 dollar deposit when you leave.
