This is a very safe neighborhood where you can let your kids be kids and not worry about them. Everyone is very nice and the neighbors are great. The house was built in 2006 and has new carpet, granite counters, stainless appliances, 8 person storm shelter, alarm system, & surround sound built in. We will consider a 9 month lease for an uncharge. Pets are considered on a case by case basis with pet deposit. We typically don't allow pets, but have in the past for certain people.
