A private room is available in a spacious walk-out basement of a single-family home starting August 1st and the second bedroom will be on September 1st. The basement has only two bedrooms. Each bedroom cost $1,200 a month with all utilities included and a shared bathroom. If you know someone that would like to get the second room, please let me know and the whole basement will be for the two of you!
