VCU is 7 minutes away, and downtown business area is 12 minutes. Commuting is not an issue and when you are trying to make that financial and time commitment to school and buying is SOOO much better than renting. Either way, you are paying a mortgage, except with buying, you can rent out rooms and you become the landlord! Someone else pays for your students housing. Brilliant?? Imagine doing this with a house where everything is new...and much has never been used before:washer/dryer;stainless steel stove and oven;large double door refrigerator. The roof is newer, the windows are energy saving new ones. The floors are gleaming in the light that pours in and the new wall to wall carpeting is spotless. THIS IS A GREAT DEAL!
