Room for rent. Home is in the Westpark community. I moved to the home in June 2022. I made minor repairs including new paint, kitchen upgrades, and a deep clean of the home. I do have a guest bedroom but rarely gets used. Room for rent comes with a private bathroom. About the Owner: I am 35 years old, male, from the Bay Area. Hobbies include golf, motocross, and cycling. I stay active with work and the gym most days. I enjoy cooking in the kitchen on a daily basis. Room for rent. No smoking of any kind. Owner pays all utilities.
