I hired a pool expert to train me on chemical maintenance (believe me, less is more). He designed and laminated a pool maintenance chart hanging in the pool house designed specifically for this size pool. It details exactly how to test and adjust the chemicals and has made it hassle free and predictable. I put a lot of love into this pool. The cabana/pool house is complete with full bath with hot water heater, bar, bar sink, refrigerator and plenty of storage.      The kitchen is huge. It has tons of capboards with deep roll out shelves. Large dining area that over looks the pool and a large breakfast area in front of the fireplace. A granite top island. Last month we professionally put in granite counters, tile backsplash, and stainless undermount sink. New stainless faucet, stainless frig 2014, stainless convection microwave in 2013, stainless gas range 2015. Grout in kitchen floor was acid washed. Looks amazing. Complete with dishwasher, garbage disposal, double oven, washer and dryer hook up to gas or electric with a sink in the laundry room.  Double sided Gas fireplace opens to kitchen and living room. Tray/vaulted ceilings. Recess lighting in every room and out side. Unfinished partially floored attic.  Privacy fence.  The drive way is huge and can fit 6-8 cars. Empty lot to the left, nice quiet neighbor to the right. Master bath is elegant with jetted garden tub, separate vanities for 2 sinks, glass shower, and separate toilet room for courtesy and privacy. The neighbors are friendly and supportive if you are a social butterfly but respectful of privacy and personal space if you like to keep to your self. You must see this lovely home!
