Private room with a closet. Room is furnished with a queen sized bed/frame and a night stand. Utilities and WiFi is included in rent. Common spaces include: living room, kitchen, backyard and a bathroom. The bathroom is all yours unless guests are over. (We have our own bathroom connected to our room). Currently parking is on the street. No smoking of any kind inside of the house. Smoking can be done in the front or back yard. No pets. No overnight guests. Minimum lease is 6 months to 1 year.
