To keep the home comfortable for everyone, smoking and vaping inside are not permitted, pets are not allowed, no overnight guests, and no parties or gatherings. Tenants are expected to keep their room clean and contribute to the upkeep of shared spaces, and to be respectful and considerate toward fellow housemates this is a welcoming community and we'd like to keep it that way.
