The two-bedroom units are bright and roomy featuring hardwood floors, some carpeted bedrooms, central heating and air, stackable washer and dryer, and all-electric appliances. This location is unique as you are only a 10-minute walk from Auburn University campus while surrounded by residential housing, a chapel and wooded areas. We have pet-friendly policies and provide 24-hour Emergency Maintenance. Our leases all start in August of each year and end July 31 of the following year. No short-term leases unless it is a sublease. We cover weekly trash service and monthly pest control. You will set up and pay for your own gas, electric, water and sewer and cable/internet.
