Minimally furnished with a King Sleigh Bed, night stands and antique dresser and smart tv upstairs. TV downstairs as well as table with 4 chairs in small eat in nook. Microwave, stove/range and Fridge/freezer on site. This would be best for 1 person, maybe 2. Max 2 people. No Washer dryer on site or dishwasher. Must be willing to shovel snow from carriage house to sidewalk during winter. No aquariums please. No use of hot tub on property.
