Our home is a 3 bed 2 1/2 bath ranch style home....our lot is close to a 1/2 acre....dead end very quiet road....there is a walking trail to willow park.....new roof on the house 2 years ago....also replaced gutters, down spouts, soffit and fascia same year.....we’ve redone all bathrooms and the kitchen....we have hard wood floors throughout the home with the exception of the bathrooms and foyer which are floating vinyl floors and the family room/fireplace room which is carpet.....huge formal living room and formal dining room that are open to each other.....the basement is partially finished, it’s huge, tons of storage....we created an office area in rooms off of the main basement area, the main basement area perfect for entertaining/parties.
