House will need to completely vacated by Apr 30, 2026 to be ready for upcoming reservations. No smoking in house, Lease duration- this is a short term rental & needs to be available for our season starting in Apr 2026. Renters will have to be completely moved out Mar 31, 2027. Landlord/owner will do walk thru before releasing security deposit. Necessary utilities i.e., electric (within reason), water (within reason), trash (included) & the streaming service already in house. There is no landline. Pets negotiable- will be extra fee per pet
