In the backyard, there is a detached laundry room with an additional storage room and/or workshop. The basement provides more secure storage as well. Off the street driveway parking is provided. This house is ideally located by the heart of downtown Madera, and is in close proximity to all of Madera's shopping and eateries, for ultra convenience. Sorry, no hablo espanol! There is a maximum amount of people allowed at this rental. I, the owner, pays the water and garbage. There are absolutely NO dogs allowed. Cats are OK. This is a month-to-month rental. Tenant is responsible for yard upkeep/appearance. **The rent must be paid on the 1st of every month. The rent is considered "late" after the 5th of the month. There are NO exceptions. I conduct business with utmost efficiency. I am also a seasoned landlord, with multiple home and vacation rentals, and I am well versed in the housing business.
