The home has a shared living and dining area, full kitchen, front porch and fenced backyard. It is centrally located on a tree lined, safe street that is an easy five minute walk to the UAMS campus. Male medical professional or student preferred. Will consider medical professionals needing temporary housing such as traveling nurses or clinical rotations. Twelve month lease. Will consider medical rotations or visiting nurses. No smoking allowed inside. No drug use. Split utilities with roommates (usually $100-120 per person).
