I am looking for someone to take over my lease at the lodge of Athens in December until the end of July. The apartment is well kept and very clean if interested you will be living with my current roommate who is a wonderful person to live with. The rent at the lodge is currently almost $500 so $415 is a really great price. The apartment complex is in walking distance from downtown Athens and there is also a shuttle that will take you there on the weekends.
