It is situated on a nature preserve so there are no houses behind it. In the backyard it is common to see deer and the occasional fox. Rent is around 1k with utilities. It is in a very safe quiet neighborhood in Roxborough. 17-minute drive to Temple Dental or Temple main campus, less than 10 minutes to Jefferson, and 5 Minutes to 76. Easy walk or bike ride to Main Street Manayunk or Ridge Ave in Roxborough. There is septa stop at the end of my street, IVY Ridge station that is less than a 5 minute walk from my house. Very close to Schuylkill River trails and Wissahickon park. You can move in anytime from now until end of August. Rent is 900 plus utilities. The bedroom is a loft style room with a great view and its own door. The bedroom dimensions are 20.5 feet by 13.5 feet plus a small cove for a bookshelf/dresser and a large closet. No pets.
