To visit the house turn on Poplar Dr. South and go about a quarter of a mile and it will be the first house on the left. There is no danger of flooding because the house sits about 30 foot higher than the creek in elevation. I had a 300 foot well installed this spring (2019) along with a new pump, hot water heater, and pressure tank, over $10,000 worth. Washer/dryer, heaters and ac's stay.
