All appliances are about 2 years old. Plenty of on site parking. Friendly dog is welcome, but no cats, I am highly allergic. Beautiful yard with garden area and large fire pit. Large deck on rear of garage. Storage available in garage. Extra bicycle in the garage to ride on the rail trail (approx 16 mile bike path following the railroad tracks. I have access to some extra furniture if need to borrow any.
$50 fee for background check. Reimbursed on first months rent. Rent is due 1st of every month. Deposit is not last months rent. Full deposit will be returned after inspection. If unit needs to be cleaned $300 will be deducted from deposit.
