This was originally my grandparent's house that I am selling for $35,000. It is basically a four room house with an add on front porch and an enclosed back porch and bathroom. This fixer upper has a lot of character with 10 foot ceilings and is built off the ground and on a mound so flooding would definitely not be an issue. This is a nice older home with a lot of potential, check it out!
