Month to Month lease, this is perfect for traveling nurses or someone who has not determined if they want to stay in the area long term. Long term might be an option after Jan 2027. NO smoking or drugs in the home. Dogs are welcome, the house has a doggie door which allows the pet to go outside when they want. No Cats, sorry but the doggie door allows pets to go out and in. We have Hawks in the area, so Cats seem to disappear. Spa is a option but requires signing a risk contract. I have not decided to keep it or take it out. Depends on the up keep. Currently have a cleaning service once a month for common areas.
