This house has been newly renovated. It has a brand new shingled roof. The inside has been totally remodeled with all new flooring throughout the entire home. The entire house is laminate except for the 2 bathrooms which are vinyl. The cabinets have been replaced with new ones and a pantry has been added to give even more cabinet space.
