Its first floor has living room, 2-3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a huge kitchen. Newer upstairs has a master bedroom and a master bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub. It even has a third level that has a small office or play room. Washer, dryer, and a third bathroom are in the basement. It has a newer 93% efficient furnace and newer windows throughout the house to keep it energy efficient. It has central cooling and heating system. A 2-car attached garage with key pad and remote control is attached to the house from the back alley. Everyone says that the house is a lot bigger inside than it looks from outside! The house has city water and sewer through the city of Mishawaka. It is conveniently located just one block west of Main Street and only a few minutes away from 20 By Pass and Lincoln Way. The rent is reasonably set at $850 a month. Tenants are responsible for utility, trash removal, recycle, telephone, and cable or Internet (if any) bills. Please note that the Utility companies (Nipsco and Mishawaka Utilities) may require security deposits if you are not currently using their services. Tenants are also responsible for regular and routine up keep of the house. If you have pets, each pet is charged $20/month additional rent and $200 additional security deposit. Please see below for open house information. Please note that we do check employment, background and landlord references before renting. A minimum combined monthly household income of $3000 is required to qualify. We also require potential tenants fill out an application and sign a contract upon rental. The security deposit of $850 plus $200 per pet will be collected when contract is signed. Regarding the application and approval process, please understand that we do not show houses before their scheduled open houses to ensure that all potential applicants have the equal opportunities to view and apply. Also, we do not charge an application fee and do not accept immediate money down in lieu of going through the required application evaluation process or taking the houses off the market prior to the open houses.
