Kitchen has newer decorative tile, with a place for a small 2 person table. Plenty of windows to see the beautiful oaks all around this second floor apartment. The bedroom has two closets. The bathroom has newer tile too! Newr ceiling fans in living and bed rooms. Enjoy proximity to downtown Sanford and all it has to offer, just a couple streets out of the historic district (though it is hard to tell, as it looks just the same as historic area). Non smokers only. Utilities included. Small pets okay (a cat or a small dog). Monthly spraying for bugs will be included (we will work out a time that you are home for me to spray). Owner lives in separate house on property. The laundry is downstairs and the entire downstairs is a small work area and gym for home owner, which the renter will have access too. The laundry is for the renter only, as the owner has their own laundry in the house.
