I'm using it for storage right now but will clear it out when I find a renter. Will also help renter fix it up and take off rent for doing so. I already have a lot of the materials needed Renter will be responsible for all utilities. You can have indoor pets as long as they are clean. You can smoke. Must keep place clean. I will supply all the appliances but the renter will be responsible for replacing if broken during their lease. Renter will be responsible for fixing anything broken during their lease.
