You would start renting the top two floors and then take over the lease for the whole house starting May 1, unless my current renter stays in which case she could stay on a separate lease. The top two floors would be $2700 + utilities. The entire house would be $4200 + utilities. Security deposit = 1.5x rent. The lease would go until April 30, 2027.
