Our townhome is located in a gated community off of Old Shell Road. It is a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath unit. Brick exterior and fenced in courtyard with attached 1 car garage. The subdivision only allows 3 cars per unit. Your visitors must use one of your parking spaces or park somewhere other than the subdivision. Tenant must provide washer/dryer and refrigerator. Rent is due on the 1st of every month. Tenant is responsible for all utilities (power, water)
