Our townhome is located in a gated community off of Old Shell Road. It is a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath unit. Brick exterior and fenced in courtyard with attached 1 car garage. The subdivision only allows 3 cars per unit. Your visitors must use one of your parking spaces or park somewhere other than the subdivision. Tenant must provide washer/dryer and refrigerator. Rent is due on the 1st of every month. Showings will start after all applications are received and verified. If you are interested in renting this townhome please request an application.
