I am moving because of and need to sublet my apartment. It is on the first floor, very spacious with a fire place in the living room (love it but havent used it yet), a porch, a dining area next to the kitchen (LOTS of cabinet space, I cook a lot), a really nice laundry room with washer and dryer hookups, and a handicap accessible bathroom (its very big). I havent had any problems with anything in the unit and Ive been living here for 6 months.The neighbors are very nice and keep to themselves for the most part. It is very quiet and a great location close to 280 and 459. All new appliances and the unit was renovated before I moved in 6 months ago. It also features valet trash (put your trash outside and they collect it) and has a really nice gym, two pools, tennis courts and lots of parking and grassy areas.It has been a great apartment and I hope I can find one this nice and inexpensive to move into, so please contact me ASAP so you can begin the paperwork for Colony Woods.
