Available May 15th Close to a great running trail/ biking trail, goes from Galbraith my, Whatcom falls park, through Bellingham. Barkley shopping center and I max theater. Thee are a couple good fig trees in the back yard. In response to COVID-19 and in keeping with our goal to best serve the well-being of our community, we will be operating cautiously until further notice with zoom video meetings, phone calls, and emails. My response times may be longer than normal, thank you for your patience and flexibility. If you are interested please do not disturb tenants. So here are the next steps to getting you in the house. 1. Go do a drive by and check out the place. If you haven't already. Then if you like it email me and let me know and I can send you a video tour. 2. Then fill out a Zillow application for all of you, if you have a co-signer I would need their information. 3. Then I can meet you at the home for a tour if your Zillow application is complete. 4. Then you can pay for the application fee. $200 per person/couple for me to contact references. ( I have to meet pets prior to moving in) 5. Then have you pay the damage deposit $2700 plus pet deposits and sign the lease. 6 Once you pay the first month's rent then you can get the keys prior to moving in. I will need proof of income to make sure you can afford the rent and assets to show you can qualify. Tenant pays all utilities, Maintains landscaping, yard care, and cleans gutters 2x per year. Free house cleaning up to 2 hrs bi monthly. No expense to the tenants. Additional Pet non-refundable deposit of $600 per pet plus $75 extra pet rent per month per pet. Washer and dryer not included but has hook ups. Minimum Qualifications: 700+ credit score, no evictions, no felonies against person or property in the last 5 years, $8,100.00 monthly income (first two applicants can combine incomes to meet the income qualification, each additional applicant must qualify individually) and 3 years good rental history (on-time payments and no violations.) Tenant is responsible for all utilities and yard maintenance.
