Tiny house in the back yard in Down Tow east Austin. We are close to Chestnut on E 16th so it's super convenient. This is a stand alone back house detached from the main house. It's not fancy but is super cozy and fully functional. It has a mini split AC the handle heating and cooling very well. We are looking for an easy going person, smaller pets will be considered on a case by case basis. Rent is $850 and includes all the utilities. Wifi included.
