Condo with tile throughout all the rooms. Will be updating the kitchen with granite countertop. Tenant does not pay for water, garbage or sewer. All outside yard maintenance is handled by the Homeowner Association including outside pest control. Has a private patio and 2 dedicated parking spots. It is within walking distance to Saigon Mall, Dollar Tree, Aldi, Dartmouth Elementary, and Appolo Middle school, as well as Berkner Highschool. Minimum one year lease. Application fee is $60 per SSN. Smoking inside the condo is not allowed. Tenant has one month to let me know if there is anything that needs to be taken care of. After that, tenant will pay the first $200 of any repair. If something costs $40, then tenant will pay $40. If something cost $250, tenant pays $200 and landlord pays $50. Reason for this policy is to make sure the tenant takes care of the property and do not destroy it. When people know it will cost them money if they damage or break things, then they are better at taking care of things. Will explain in more detail to any prospective tenant.
