Unit is a 2BD (master bedroom and second bedroom can fit full size bed or can be used as an office) 1BR in East Capitol Hill with major conveniences of several restaurants and Safeway 1-2 blocks away, park across the street, two portable air conditioners (a must have for the warmer Seattle months these days!), one uncovered parking spot and ample additional street parking, and bus stops that will take you to downtown or UW ~10-15 min. Pictures are shown furnished but unit comes UNFURNISHED. It's not a large building but has a small courtyard and bike room. There is a mail area where packages are securely delivered by Amazon, USPS, UPS. I have loved living in this place and am looking for someone who is going to take care of it. The only downsides are the front door buzzer doesn't work. Otherwise, this has been the perfect place for me and my spouse as young professionals, and has been nice for hosting small gatherings with friends.
