My wife and I have loved this apartment and wish we could stay, we are only moving because dogs are not allowed (though cats are accepted). The apartment is a large bi-level one bedroom with the bedroom and bathroom on the first floor and the living space and kitchen in the basement. There are beautiful wood floors throughout the first floor, washer and dryer in unit, and ample storage space. The area is fantastic, with plenty of local restaurants and bars within walking distance while also being a quiet neighborhood. Both the Art Museum and Eastern State Penitentiary are blocks away. You are also a short walk from the exciting night life of Rittenhouse Square and Center City proper. It is also an easy commute for Temple students (I can attest as a current graduate student).
