It is located in the Mistletoe Heights area of Fort Worth at the end of the street so there is very little traffic. The internet bill is reimbursable from the tenant to the landlord ($80). Pets are welcome but require a $500 refundable deposit and a $300 non-refundable deposit. The landlord lives in the same neighborhood and is very quick to respond to any issues or problems.
