Appliances all new, central air conditioning, tankless water heater for endless hot showers, jacuzzi, organic gardens, and avacado trees for days. The room for rent is medium sized (11'x11') and the private bath is directly across the hallway. The second bedroom is an office ('') that leads to the garage with washer and dryer. The property very is well kept. I would consider moving the office into the garage if a good friend was interested in renting the bedroom that accesses the garage for around $600, I would prefer only one roommate but two might be open for discussion. I'm a male in my early 30's with no childern, I stay very active with work and outdoor activities. A healthy & happy lifestyle is important to me, I'm looking for a someone like minded and around my age to share my house with.
