This is a very quiet neighborhood. Since it is older, the trees are very mature, with rolling streets that give a charm that isn't present in many other neighborhoods nearby. It is mostly comprised of older homes, and while there are some young children, many homes have grown children or have just couples living in them. The streets are very quiet - often in the early morning or evening there are walkers, bikers, and joggers in the neighborhood.
