The rent is $1300/month, which includes electricity, heat, water, and security system. Internet is extra. If you need a parking space, we have a private parking pad in back for $500 annually. The house is in a fun and safe neighborhood that is a 10 minute walk from the JHMI/JHSPH/SON medical campus and just a mile from Fells Point. There is a nearby CVS, and grocery stores are less than a mile away. We are 2 blocks from Patterson Park, a 4 sq mile area fantastic for running/soccer/picnics/sports.
