1920's California bungalow character with thoughtful modern updates throughout. A perfect atmosphere for private relaxation or small social gatherings. Tucked away from street there are french doors opening to patio with sun loungers, shallow water feature, fire pit, BBQ and outdoor dining. This house is rented by the owner/previous resident. I moved to Spain about 9 years ago and have rented out the home since then. Tours may be done by the very nice current residents or my local helper, but I do not schedule tours until after talking by phone to prospective new residents. Please contact me though the advertising platform, but be prepared that we will need to talk by phone before scheduling a tour. WhatsApp is my much preferred way to communicate, though I also have a US number in case an individual is even more of a luddite than myself. The utility of water and sewer are included in the monthly rent, this is a value of about $100 per month. All other utilities are contracted with the utility providers, by the resident, according to their use. Living in a house with private outdoor space, landscaping and a water feature, provides a lot of benefits over an apartment. In this house the responsibility of maintaining the landscape and water feature is the responsibility of the resident, so please be prepared for this.
