You have complete and exclusive access to the top 3 floors of this house, including 4 large bedrooms (3 on the 2nd floor, 1 on the top floor), and 3.5 baths (.5 on 1st floor, 2 on 2nd floor, 1 on 3rd floor). You'll enjoy views of downtown and Elliott Bay, lots of natural light, high ceilings, hardwood floors, in-unit laundry with full size washer and dryer, plenty of closet space and additional storage, and a driveway. Radiator heating keeps the house warm and dry. The basement is a separate apartment and has its own exterior door on the side of the house. The cottage off the back is a separate long-term rental as well. Cats and dogs allowed with pet deposit and insurance. No smoking on the premises. House will not be leased furnished. It's been staged for photos and showings only. 12-month fixed-term which automatically reverts to month-to-month when the term ends. $4,000 per month for premises rent. $80 per occupant per month for water, sewer, and garbage.
