Occupancy is limited to 4 guests, and the primary guest must be at least 25 years old and present for the entire reservation. No pets are allowed. Smoking is not allowed in the premises, and the minimum smoking fee is $200; however, the total charge may be higher if the property's condition renders it temporarily unrentable. A period of quiet hours spans from 10 pm to 7 am. No parties are allowed. Unauthorized events or parties are not allowed. Fireworks are not allowed. If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found. In the event that you need to use the hard key, please place it back in the lockbox before departing. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $100 replacement fee per key. Additional fees may be incurred if personal items are left behind. All pool and water attractions, food & beverage areas and The Lodge are currently closed. Drought conditions may affect Lake Travis, and water levels may be lower than shown in listing photos. Please do not set the thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 7 am.
