Pinnacle Highland offers some of the best service we have ever had at an apartment. Full-time maintenance takes care of any problem promptly, and the front desk is always helpful. A nice gym and pool with hot tub. The apartment has new carpet, and we didn't have any pets, but pets are allowed. We would love to stay at the apartment, but we got a job in another city so we have to move. Quick access to I-215 makes it easy to get to downtown SLC in 15 minutes. The apartment is located below the mouth of Big Cottonwood Canyon, so we are nearby skiing and other mountain sports. Neighbors are quiet. The apartment comes with a covered parking stall, and there is plenty of free guest parking. Management has been very helpful. This place offers a very good price for the area. Very wealthy neighborhood, just below Brighton High School. We are looking for somebody to take over our lease until it ends mid-January of next year. Owner pays trash and sewer. Tenant pays gas and utilities.
