I am subletting my bedroom in a two bedroom 1 bathroom apartment in University Oaks. Rent is $525 a month plus electric split between two. Rent amount is negotiable. I am looking for some one to take over my lease for the months of May, June and July. Move in date is negotiable as well. There is one other roommate who may be gone for the summer as well.
